’Keith is involved in multiple areas of a client’s investor relations activities including investor outreach to the stock brokerage and advisor community, communications and marketing. Using his North American network of contacts, Keith is able to position BDA clients effectively to brokers and sell side analysts in the investment community. He has successfully increased the institutional ownership and research coverage of Client companies through the use of targeting and proactive contacts with decision makers managers and both buy and sell-side research analysts.

An entrepreneur to the core, Keith understands the unique demands of emerging tech and growth companies and the power of innovation. Keith is also founder of London Capital and graduated from Morgan State University with a major in business administration and strategic management.

After earning a Master of Philosophy in Linguistics from the University of Cambridge, Andrew began his career in finance working in tax at KPMG in Mountain View, California before later receiving his Series 7 and 63 and working for a boutique brokerage/investment banking firm in Salt Lake City, Utah that specialized in raising Venture Capital and arranging IPOs for small-cap companies. With a diverse financial background in tax and securities, including over 10 years overseeing the operations and Investor Relations of a multinational Private Equity group and experience managing the IR/PR for companies ranging from pre-IPO to micro-cap and small-cap public companies trading OTC and on the NASDAQ exchanges, Andrew brings a varied and dynamic skillset to BDA.

Dost is responsible for managing all aspects of client corporate communications, management of investor and corporate presentations, drafting and disseminating prospectuses, press releases and crisis communications. Dost is also responsible for the BDA’s ESG services, including strategy, advisory and reporting. Dost also assists in the development and execution of client roadshow activities.

Bringing more than 20 years of international capital markets experience, Dost started his career in London working for Charles Schwab International, Beneficial Finance as well as holding analyst positions for a HFC Banking Group. His career has seen him hold senior positions for U.S based private equity fund in Madrid, Spain as well as establishing and leading a Swiss Asset Management company specialising in early stage investing.

Fluent in Spanish, he holds advanced degrees in Finance as well as Compliance Risk and Governance, from the Manchester Business School and ISDE, Barcelona, Spain.
